Edit Bay provides a variety of support resources to assist you in managing your website including:  Videos, Step by Step Instructions, Screenshots, and access to the Business Catalyst Knowledgebase and Forums. Most questions can be answered using these resources. 

When logged into your site, you can click on "Help & Support" at the top right of your screen. This is the primary area to find answers to your questions.  You can choose to view answers in the Knowledgebase created by the Adobe technical staff, or  in the Forums. All areas of the Business Catalyst system are covered in these locations.    

Edit Bay contributes to the Forums on a regular basis so you may see answers to your questions posted in this section.
