What is a User?
Standard websites typically start with one user. This user has administrative priviledges to the site including access to all of the modules that have been configured into your specific account. This includes access to customer records, reports, design modules, etc. If additional users are added to the account they may be placed into a specific roles to limit their accesst to a functional area. Common business uses for this feature are sales reps, account managers, etc.
What is an email user?
This is an email account setup in a site. This is email only & does not give the user administration access to the site but has full email capabilities such as POP, IMAP and webmail. The basic website does not include any e-mail accounts. The Basic Plus website includes up to 10 e-mail accounts.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard).
What extras can I add to a site?
You can add additional users/email accounts, disk space, SMS & extra newsletters. All extras purchased are setup on recurring billing with the exception of extra newsletter credits which are purchased as a once-off & valid for use up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
Extras are billed seperately from the web hosting fee.
