Sherman Promoted to Keller Williams Ownership Group; Steele
Named New Team Leader for Park Meadows
LITTLETON, CO—Jan. 16, 2007--Ray Sherman, GRI, CRB, PNP
has been promoted from Team Leader/Managing Broker of the Keller
Williams Park Meadows office to General Manager for Keller Williams
Realty, International Equity Ventures (IEV). In his new position,
Sherman will be working in conjunction with Don Yoakum, President/CEO
of IEV, to oversee the 10 Keller Williams’ Market Centers
that IEV owns in the Denver Metro Area.
Sherman is retired military and has more than 26 years of
real estate experience. He has been with Keller Williams since
1999 and had been the Team Leader at the Park Meadows office

Debbie Steele, CRS, GRI has been named the new Team Leader/Managing
Broker for the Park Meadows office at 10475 E. Park Meadows
Dr. She has more than 11 years of real estate experience,
including seven years with Prestige Real Estate Group. Steele
managed Prestige’s DTC office for two years prior to
joining Keller Williams’ Park Meadows office.

Steele is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtors Association,

of Realtors. She also serves as a District Director for the
National Charity League.
