Keller Williams in Northern Colorado Adds New Mortgage Services

FORT COLLINS, CO—Jan. XX, 2007—Simplicity Mortgage, a division of Metrocities Mortgage, LLC, a leader in the residential mortgage lending market, has opened offices at Keller Williams Realty in Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley to serve home buyers in Northern Colorado. Heading up the new offices is Senior Loan Officer Tom Howell, a mortgage and real estate industry professional with more than 30 years of experience.

Howell began his career in the early 1970s in Boise, Idaho as a branch manager and underwriter before relocating to Northern Colorado in 1979. He spent the past 25 years focusing on mortgage lending, the last six years with First National Bank. Howell is a Loveland resident and active in the Crossroads Community Church.
