Top-Producing Realtor Joins Keller Williams in Parker
PARKER, CO—Jan. 11, 2007—Top-producing Realtor
Rick Wilson has taken relationship building to a new level.
Each weekday, you can find him on his Segway Human Transporter,
visiting neighborhoods in the Parker area.
Wilson, who has 32 years of real estate experience, has
built his business on referrals. Since last February,
he spends several hours a day traveling on his Segway
to continue meeting and building relationships with Parker
residents. “It’s an environmentally-friendly
way to travel and meet people,” explains Wilson.
“People are always curious about the machine and
certainly notice me when I’m coming down their street.”
Wilson recently moved his “Pick Rick” Team
to Keller Williams’ new Parker Market Center. His
real estate experience includes 12 years in commercial
property management, 10 years in mortgage lending and
10 years of residential real estate sales—most recently
with RE/MAX Alliance in Parker.
“My success is truly a team effort with a full-time
transaction coordinator and Internet expert on staff to
make certain each transaction is a smooth one,”
Wilson explains. “I also work with a great title
company and have preferred lenders available to help each
client. I chose to move to Keller Williams at this point
of my career because of the many resources available to
help me to continue to build my team and business. The

and I like that agents are owners and have a big say in
how the company is run.”
Wilson is a member of the Douglas Elbert Realtors Association
and involved in Parker community activities, including
raising funds for the Parker Senior Center. His consistent
production (40 transactions every year) earned him a placed
in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Wilson and his wife Diane
have two daughters.
